Proyecto de Reforestación Cerro La Trinidad, San Marcos de Tarrazú

This initiative seeks to recover the forest cover of Cerro La Trinidad, with the use of native species of the area, to return to these degraded sites their original situation of native forests; managing to attract biodiversity to the area, recovering scenic beauty, and improving air and water quality. The project has managed to reforest ten hectares on the hill using of native species in the area, with 95% survival.
